Dosage and method of use
Recommended dosage:
- Week 1: 1-2 capsules 3× per day.
- Week 2: 2-4 capsules 3× per day.
- Week 3 and following: 3-6 capsules 3× per day.
- Always drink plenty of water (250-500 ml).
Minor digestive changes may occur at first. Increase the dosage slowly to adjust the body.
